It is shiny, high-tech, clean, and full of a lot more people than last time. Yuan is already here before anyone else arrives, getting papers laid out and shuffled around. He seems tense, but satisfied. Things are finally coming together.]

On top of being rather skinny and looking no older than sixteen, he doesn't exactly scream seasoned vet so much as some kid. But he seems to be watching each person that comes in curiously, all while sipping a juice box.]

Welcome to the Peace Patrol. [Yuan looks around at everyone.] We have a lot of new members now, which means our ranks are filling out to become a force to be reckoned with...as long as we can stay organized enough to be effective.

We're all from widely-varied worlds, with different cultures and even natural laws. That variety is a good thing, it means we have a lot of perspectives to look from, but it also means a lot of ignorance and misconceptions, something we'll all have to be aware of and work through appropriately.

I know that some of us don't have any combat training, and others are from worlds with low magitechnology levels. I believe Alleyne has offered to provide combat training for those who want it - is there anyone willing to do the same for those who don't yet have skill with technology?

[After some discussion on training and such.] With that part out of the way, one of our new members has also volunteered to give us a demonstration of his home profession. Ray, would you like to take the floor for that?

Threats

The next order of business is, of course, threats to the castle and city populations.

One of the greatest threats currently known to us is a man called Legato, and a creature known as Riful. Legato has the ability to take over people's bodies, and has been kidnapping people from the town to feed to Riful, who consumes human flesh. Both are individually capable of taking on even our strongest fighters, and have no issue with threatening or harming others in pursuit of their own safety.

Less on the supernatural side of things is a man called Two-Face, so named because half of his face is horribly scarred. He kidnapped a young resident in the city recently, at gunpoint, in an effort to get someone called Robin to come after her. According to her report, he seems to have multiple personalities and a tendency to argue with himself - it was actually the other personality that helped her escape. His whereabouts are currently unknown.

There was also a bomb threat made upon the city yesterday, although no bombs were found. If anyone has information on that, the others I've mentioned, or any other major concerns we should have, please speak up - after that, I'll turn the floor over to Sylvanas Windrunner, who has information on threats from her own world.

Legato...I believe I've had a run in with him before. Well, not a run in, per se. I've barely met the man, myself. But the other mes have...prior experience.

He's certainly a threat...and has a remarkable brain. Really...that level of control-

...Right. Not the point. The point is that it seems I...we...are unaffected by what control he does have.

This is what our organization looks like so far. I realize that not all of the groups have designated leaders yet - this structure is very new, and I simply don't know everyone here well enough to be sure I'm choosing effective leadership right away. Those who are currently leading teams will be free to choose subordinates on a permanent or temporary basis from the general membership of the Patrol, as well.

If you are on one of the teams without a leader and would like to submit yourself as a possible candidate, speak up and make your case. The final decision is mine, but your personal willingness to take responsibility will be a major factor in it.

For those of you not assigned to a specific department, I intend to divide your group further into individual teams, once I have a clearer understanding of who will work well together. Those teams will also have leaders, so feel free to speak up if you think you'd be good for that role.
