[And once again, it is noon on meeting day in Patrol headquarters. There's a big open meeting room space, tables in the middle, a projector on the ceiling, computers in the walls. It is shiny, high-tech, clean, and full of a lot more people than last time. Yuan is already here before anyone else arrives, getting papers laid out and shuffled around. He seems tense, but satisfied. Things are finally coming together.]

Thank you, Yuan. Truly, it is a fortunate offer on your part, and I appreciate the audience.

That being said, I do realize that upon the initial arrival of the threat known as Arthas Menethil, I have reacted with the greatest of verbal displeasure in the actions-- or lack thereof-- that have been taken against him, and for that, I do not apologize, but I do seek to reconcile the misguided efforts on my part.

I know that there are many that would act to dispatch any threat that crosses the line in this world, and I should work to aid you with informing you all of what I know, rather than condemn you for your ignorance. [After all, it was her that sent a few waves of soldiers against the threat in the depths of Icecrown. If these people were so foolish, then by all means, let them test their mettle.]

This is what I hope to achieve with my upcoming overview. Take note, so-called champions of justice, as this is a matter of great concern to all, not simply those who reside in the world known as Azeroth.

As you know, the most troubling aspect of Arthas is the fact that he wields the accursed blade known as Frostmourne. It is because of that weapon that we are forced to find ourselves at his mercy-- so to speak. It grants him the power that troubles our kind so, allowing him to become much more than a swordsman, much more than a Death Knight wielding a blade of runes, it allows him to drink the very souls of all who fall to his blade, much like a debauchery of sustenance for the dead.

[Her voice darkens to a substantial degree, her fists clenching, but otherwise, she speaks with her even tone.]

I speak as one of his many victims. I have lived through each one of his tortures personally, so do not question my authority and knowledge on this matter. What I speak is truth first and foremost, and I have no reason to lie to you in regards to a threat I wish to vanquish all over again. I will say that there is one other in this world that has lived through these tortures, a reformed Death Knight known as Koltira Deathweaver, if you are ever so inclined to not have myself as your primary source of information.

To digress no further on that tangent, the blade in question may very well act as a prolific weakness to him as well. As I have mentioned, it is the greatest source of his power, since it is connected to his very soul. To part from this blade will cause him to lose that which gives him the sustenance he needs to go on, as well as the strength he needs to thrive as a walking abomination. It is not something that can be taken lightly, no matter what threshold of power you currently possess.

Back when he first arrived, we researched ways to neutralize that blade, and that Death kid said he could get the souls that are trapped in it free. Honestly, I think it's a bad idea for us to not try to do something about it, if we can. We had a plan.

So we need to get that sword.
