Yanno, haven't been here that long compared to most of you, but even I know that it's been pretty quiet lately (minus the drug-trip without the drugs in the hallways a couple days back). Guess the castle's being weird enough to make up for it, or somethin'.

Although... I got to thinking, how do we know it's the castle doing this stuff? It's a pile of rocks, isn't it? Question in the name of science, purely, how do we know there ain't some nut with a god-complex off in a neighboring dimension pulling the strings? Or what if the world, not the castle, is alive and it's sorta like the classic house that eats people or the asteroid that's really a dinosaur, 'cept on a world level? { scratched out completely after a transcribed, "Huh. The hell was I when I wrote that...?" }

Sorry for trying to find a scrap of logic in how this place works, but what can I say? I like it when things make sense.

The trees are hands now. Dark doesn't know if he can find his favorite. They all look the same. And Dark hopes it doesn't get too much colder because then he might wander off into the Sub Zone. And he doesn't want to talk to the mean snow lady Orbkiller and the Girls.

Hm. Dark feels like he hasn't talked to anyone in a while, but he's been talking to people a lot! Much more than in the Morgue Zone. Dark likes it better out here than in there.

How is everyone? Kaylee? Lana? Yuki? Del? Vincent? Watanuki? River? Wolfina? Ovan? Reeve? Dante? Pollution Man? And... Maybe Sephiroth, but Dark doesn't know if he'd want to answer. He can if he wants, though!

People keep going on about the pretty colors. I think I do remember it being rather pretty this time of year, but then again, it just reminds me that sight is over rated.

Cho had a tail and wings and stuff which was cool and she fixed us after Kano went and got beat up by the fairy guy but she eats chickens and stuff which is mean but it's okay 'cause she gave us other stuff to eat and let me sleep with her at night. I miss Cho lots even though she had hair in her ears 'cause she smelled nice and Kano liked her.

Djinnko is a fox and he's got fox magic and stuff and he played with me while Kano was gone and he was really nice. I wish he was here too so we could play again.

Fuuka had a dragon on her head and a big dress and a sword and stuff but the Breaking Noise didn't like her very much so it was kinda scary but she was really nice and liked my drawings. I showed her the spot on my head were Kano fell out of a tree and the hair grows all weird now.

Red is bad. He's not supposed to be in Kano's head but he doesn't know about me and Dark and Nadia and stuff I think so it's okay. He's really mean and I don't like him and I don't want him to come here 'cause then he might find out about us.

Kano's head was full of boxes and I put stuff in them but sometimes things got out 'cause I didn't use enough tape and that was B-A-D.

Kind of makes me wish I was back home.

Wow! It looks so pretty outside! I've never seen anything like this before! Yank really seems to like it too. I've been making little piles of leaves for him to jump in. Actually, he makes it look really fun! Hey, Jack, wanna come play outside with me?

I think this is my favorite change so far. It was way too hot earlier and before that it was gross and rainy. This is much better. It feels good outside, the leaves are all different colors, and they're fun to play in.

Mostly though, Dee doesn't know if she should go down to the library or not. She would not like to do her writing there if it was in a state of disarray.
