[the recorded sounds of the Master flipping through pages] My, how quaint. A communications device in the form of a journal. What will they come up with next?

Do let me guess, this is some doing of the Council's? They do enjoy going back on their deals, after all... Hmph. [a pause, then tapping] Though... is that you, I'm sensing, my dear Doctor? Or... Doctors, as it were. And here I thought you lot had all been sent back to your proper timelines.

((OOC: Why yes, I did take him from the same time I did a year and a half ago. :| It works easiest for me, man.))

[a frustrated sigh]

Anyone care to have any sort of discussion? I've been bored out of my mind for the past two months, no thanks to the Doctor.

[rapid tapping]

Two bloody months!

[the Master has been busy with his dream for the past four or so days. and I say dream in singular, because he has yet to sleep since it began, thus it remains the same. how fun for him

his dream, is, of course, a nightmare. one filled with all sorts of monsters, gore, and otherwise annoying and/or mindscarring things. the Master has been spending the past four days getting increasingly unhinged as he goes about killing everything in said dream]

Damnit. [a harsh laugh] I should have expected this.

((OOC: I JUST WOKE UP and am tired so ffff. But I needed to get this done and the computer was actually working appropriately so. Yes.))

[a theatric sigh]

You know, some people can be so unobservant - or just plain idiotic. I would have thought someone had figured it out by now, but I suppose I was wrong. So much for friends, hm? To those associated with Chris Halliwell, remember those little fits of pain he had a short while back?

I could bring those back in a handful of seconds. I am giving to you a very rare opportunity, and you ought to feel honoured by it.

If you can convince me, I shall turn over the deactivation codes and processes, along with the remote, to free him of his torment. If you cannot, I shall raise it to it's highest setting, and we'll see how long he can last before his body gives out.

And before anyone thinks to seize the remote from me by force? If you do, I will turn it to the highest setting then crush it.

((OOC: DJ I'M SORRY I DIDN'T POST THIS WHILE YOU WERE NOT-AWAY. D: ILU?))

You know, it's been on my mind for the past few weeks...

So, I have a question for you, inhabitants of Cair Paradisa- how many people do you think would survive an atomic bomb if I were to set one off in the city?

Personally, I think it would be, at the very least, 90 per cent killed off.

Mmm. Anyone have recommendations towards a name for a male anaconda?

Otherwise, I feel in the mood for discussion. Anyone up for anything? Lobby a topic.

Ah...

Well, I'm feeling decidedly better.

[a laugh]

That was long overdue.

I need to stop neglecting this. It isn't as if there is anything else much to do - destruction can get a tad bit boring with no complete goals.

Someone set up a form of governing system. Anarchy can only be so amusing before one feels a need to deal with the strict order of governing systems. It'd almost be a welcome reprieve.

[recorded, yelling]

Jo, off!

[the sound of him tossing... a kitten/cat, then mumbling to himself]

Can't put things anywhere. At least she didn't break it...

To whomever it may concern,

The Doctor, the Tenth in particular, is now about 1144 years old. Do feel free to congratulate him on his advanced age. I'm certain he would appreciate the gesture.

((OOC: ...the Master just feels like annoying Ten some. D: HAPPY... NOT BIRTHDAY, TEN, YOU OLD GIT. And why yes, the Master has no sense of timing. :| ACE AND I HAVE PLANNED THIS FOR AGES I JUST FINALLY GOT TO IT.))
[identity profile] sinister-charm.livejournal.com
You'd think this place would tire of throwing attacking force after attacking force at us.

[he idly taps his pen]

Didn't get yourself killed, did you, Doctor? Any of you.
[identity profile] sinister-charm.livejournal.com
In the city there are currently six people being held hostage. They are bound, gagged, and there is no means for them to escape on their own.

In the room they are in is a highly advanced piece of technology - not a bomb, but equally as lethal, I'll not bother describing it as I doubt any of you will understand it - set to go off in some two hours time. Well, around there, I'm afraid I didn't pay particular attention to the exact settings.

Have fun.

[and then he proceeds to idly do math equations]

About the Archive

"Paradisa Lost" is the archive of what the journals contained between December 1st, 2006 and January 10th, 2012. On that final day, Paradisa issued new journals, so that the residents could fill them up again. While there are still residents around who have old journals, we have chosen to preserve the old journals here for muns' reference and history.

"Lost" in the title refers to both the old journals that the residents once kept, and also to our move to Dreamwidth from the original Livejournal community, where Paradisa started. It is a fresh start for muns, as well as for the characters.
