It's an alternate command system for a computer network. Or, rather, it would be, if there were a computer here.

Well... A lot of people say it'll snow soon. What's it like? I've never been out in snow before.

You've never been in the snow?

Well... It's kinda like white petals falling from the sky... Really pretty, and peaceful. And if you wanted to, you could run around and catch snowflakes on your tongue. &hearts Tails used to do it all the time when he was younger.

And once there's enough snow, you can make snow angels, have snowball fights, make snowmen or if there's A LOT of snow, you can even go snowboarding! (I personally like snowboarding the best &hearts)
