I got myself a camera the other day. It's just like the one I used to use back home for work.

There's a lot of nice scenery here to photograph, too. It's a nice change of pace to take pictures of what I like, instead of what's going to keep food in my fridge and gas in my car.

Oh, uh...sorry I...kinda disappeared on everyone.

I thought about doing that earlier, but...there's a lot of stuff in this book. It feels like I'd have to sit down and look for hours to find anything. Plus it seems like it would be sort of weird...

Thanks to everyone who suggested names for my cat last night. I'm still looking through them, but I'm sure I'll be able to figure something out now.

Speaking of thanks, thank you for all of the Valentine's stuff too. I'm finally starting to sort through it all...and I'm sorry I didn't get anyone anything. I'll make it up to you.

Star...I'm sensing a theme, with your gifts.

What I really wanted to ask though, is...would anyone be interested in taking art lessons? It'd be a constructive way to pass the time, at least, and I've already got one person interested. I can't do color, thanks to the castle, but I can do pretty much any drawing medium, photography, and painting to a lesser extent.

I suppose if you need an example of my work you can look back through some of my old entries? There's always the mural in the clinic waiting room too--I did the line work on it, and a friend did the actual painting.

...and I do have a degree and all that jazz.

Okay, I need some help.

I have a little boy cat, a few months old now, black and white, that needs a name. I can't really keep calling him "the baby" forever.

...well, I guess I can, but he should probably have a real name too. The other cat's name is Remiel, if that helps at all.

Any suggestions?

About the Archive

"Paradisa Lost" is the archive of what the journals contained between December 1st, 2006 and January 10th, 2012. On that final day, Paradisa issued new journals, so that the residents could fill them up again. While there are still residents around who have old journals, we have chosen to preserve the old journals here for muns' reference and history.

"Lost" in the title refers to both the old journals that the residents once kept, and also to our move to Dreamwidth from the original Livejournal community, where Paradisa started. It is a fresh start for muns, as well as for the characters.
