And Master, I'll answer your question here for the fact that I don't feel like fishing through all those entries about puppies: the TARDIS, she'll only work as far as turning on; any kind of coordinate input doesn't want to cooperate. I too have found one of the puppies at my doorstep. The castle gave me many books to help me. It is called a dalmation and the books say that they are very good guard dogs and are full of energy. I suppose that's a good thing in a big castle with lots of room to run in.

The puppy doesn't have a name yet. My friends are probably better with naming things than I am, but I think I'll give it a try. [a thoughtful pause interrupted by doglike snuffling]

Hector, did you get a puppy? I got one named Pepper. It's amusing to see her watching the rabbit in her cage. [light laughter] She's quite lively otherwise, though!

So, puppies. Normally I'm not one to get all girly or anything, but...

I have a puppy! She's adorable. Of course she's done nothing but chew on everything she can get her paws on, but she's still cute. I don't have a name for her yet, but I'm sure it'll come to me.

That, or she can just deal with being called "Puppy."
