Of course the second time I manage to find myself on the roof is the moment I also find myself totally bereft of my control over wind.

What timing. I wonder if Paradisa took it, somehow.



And I still don't know how I even managed to get up here. Especially considering that my floor is no longer the top floor.

I really have to figure that out someday.


[As seems to be his habit when he finds himself on the roof, he fills the rest of page with sketches. All are people and things he saw during the Masquerade.

There is a sketch of Rainbow Brite, with a big smile on her face, talking to Deadpool. Over this particular sketch he has drawn a large question mark. (In a later addition, any visible skin of Deadpool's has been blacked out.)

Next to that is a sketch of Reno and Misa, their foreheads touching as they dance.

There's a sprawling sketch of quite a few people, none of them distinct; just an impression of the room, with the candles overhead.

There's a rough sketch of Hidan, and next to it is written "...?"

Seperate from all of these is a sketch of Lana. It's just a headshot, and of her profile at that, but she looks beautiful.]

Well. The party was fun, I guess. A little boring. There really wasn't much to do, and slow dancing just isn't my bag. I avoided the punch though. After watching people go back and forth to it, I came to the conclusion (that was correct!) that it was spiked. Oh boy.

I don't want to get drunk. Maybe that's just me, but man, do I ever find that idea terrible.

People that whine a lot bug me.

You know what this place reminds me of? It reminds me of those Fost or Fast or whatever stories we had to read. It was basically about a guy who sold his soul to get whatever he wanted! In the end, he was punished by the devil or whoever he sold his soul to.

But that's silly! We didn't sell our souls! If we did, we wouldn't be able to play!

Why? Why me? Why did I shut that door?! I- I can't get it open! I can't get my own door open! I missed my own party! It doesn't get much worse than that! It doesn't... I can't... I can't GO ON.

I'm going to starve in here. I'm going to STARVE. The Emperor. Starving. ALONE. Just an itty bitty twiggy llama thing! All by myself! With the door locked and the- do you have any idea how high up this floor is?! I can't even get the windows open! With these- with the... I'm getting a... a hoof cramp just from writing this!

Why meee? Why won't the guards come?! They-... they don't love me anymore! The evil, fire peasants turned me into a llama and now I'm stuck forever!

I saw Sokka's fight last night--it was really interesting! He did a good job overall--and proved himself as a warrior. Still, I'm a little jealous I didn't get a chance to sign up for the tournament, it woul have been fun! besides, I could totally take Sokka in a fight [legible if you squint]

I'm bored! Maybe I'll go for a swim again if the water isn't too cold. Although swimming alone isn't so fun especially with a sea monster living in the pool.
