navy (6/20) day two - AFTERNOON to EVENING

[ Welcome to Purgatorio. It's the jewel of the ocean, the envy of the world, an island that's as pristine and polished as the Navy itself. People from all over the world come to enjoy the high culture. Of course, it's not like this is your first time visiting. It's where the Navy keeps it headquarters, after all, and that's exactly where you're heading. ]
[ Your wise and venerable leader, the Fleet Admiral, has called all of you Admirals together for a meeting. New assignments, updates, and the current going-ons will all be addressed. It's kind of a big deal. When it's time, get your asses to the meeting. But until then, take some time to chill out with your Navy bros. ]
(5 SECTIONS: â—‹ bar, â—‹ gardens, â—‹ greetings, â—‹ assignments, â—‹ meeting end)
AT THE BAR
[ Since you have some time to kill before the meeting, this is as good of a place as any to hang out and wait. Toss back a couple of cold ones--you know the Fleet Admiral won't get mad at you for it. Or just, you know, chill out for a bit. Whatever. ]

[His wide-brimmed hat is tossed onto the table, followed shortly by the eyepatch. Because... goddamn if that patch isn't the most irritating, uncomfortable thing he's ever worn, and it's not like the other admirals haven't seen the gaping hole where his eye should be at some point or other. And truth be told, at least half of him didn't give a shit even if they hadn't, nor if any of them they were even distinctly bothered by the long, gouged out scars where the shrapnel and canon fire that had taken his eye had taken most of his left side with it]
[He's just here for a couple glasses of wine and a preferably partner-less assignment. Lawd...]

He found himself taking a seat, originally not even thinking about ordering but eventually trying to figure out what to get so as to not just awkwardly sit there. Yep there was... definitely something nostalgic about this. But what he can't quite put his finger on... Did he use to drink with a superior a lot before becoming an Admiral or something...?]

Peter's poison of choice? ... Pepsi... on.... the... rocks. /shades
And as if that wasn't bad enough, for ever five seconds he goes trying to look serious, something small and simple will distract him. Maybe he sees something on the bar counter and decides he needs to pick at it. Maybe one of his ice cubes is poking up funny and he has to jab at it with his straw. Either way his illusion is not holding well here.]

It's not like it looks bad, right? We're not really allowed to wear different ones but when they told me about the meeting everyone was telling me to wear this. Maybe they're working on a new uniform. --wh-why are you all laughing? "Exploiting"? I don't understand... [tugging on the little bow on his hat. bird buddies are mean today :(]

THE MEETING
[Make your way through the impressive lobby (http://i.imgur.com/s1gcQ.jpg) and through a long hallway, and you'll reach the grand meeting room (http://i.imgur.com/gFmZw.jpg). Your Fleet Admiral, Tony Stark, is already there, waiting. Make your way to your seat, man. ]
GREETINGS
[ He looks solemn and serious for a minute, but then he leans back in his seat and kicks his feet up on the table. Well, there goes that serious feel, right out the window. ]
So really, don't be afraid to call for some sake or beer. No reason to keep things all stiff and formal between us, right?
[ This must be the part of the meeting where everybody chills out for a minute. Sure, everybody might put on their serious business faces when dealing with the underlings, but it's only the higher-ups in here. And at the very least Tony doesn't seem keen on keeping up that high and mighty air. ]
