I've spent almost an entire day in the library mostly because I don't feel like walking all the way up to the fifteenth floor. This place has more books than I've ever seen, and some on subjects I never knew existed. Some interesting reads, but I'm getting bored now.

Well. Now that my project has been destroyed by some type of........ indoor typhoon, and I have a large grease stain on my journal since somebody thought it was funny to glue wings to a stick of butter.....

I think it's time to delve deeper into the functioning of this world. Anyone who thinks they can help can come stop by the library later.

Some questions to try and answer:

-What is Cair Paradisa?

.. woah. Not letting me say it, magical journal? Huh. Guess these things have some bite to go with their bark.

[There are random onomatopoeia as she sets the journal down and casts about for some sort of writing implement. The words, when they start again, wander a little over the page, but are more or less legible. Some of the letters are heavily darkened as is for emphasis.]

weird how the journal seems to understand what's being written in it. funny, huh.

I went into town and purchased a new pistol today. Not what I'm used to, but it'll work. I was debating testing it out now, but it may be better if there was a shooting range, which this place seems to be lacking. Would anyone like to help build one?
