[thread] Jeremie and Sokka be SMRT.
Who: Sokka & Jeremie~
What: Discussing Paradisa and just being smart in general.
When: Shortly after Jeremie's post.
Where: EL BIBLIOTECA.
Rating: G. PG if Sokka starts being a potty mouth. >:(
Sokka slammed his journal shut and tucked it into his waistband, then slowly stood up from his forest of books and stretched his legs. He had promised himself that he would get somewhere these last two weeks before the eclipse, but honestly, he hadn't made any progress whatsoever. After bending over to touch his toes, he felt a sharp pain shooting up his thighs. Ow. Maybe Katara was right and he needed to get out some. Sitting on the floor cross-legged all day wasn't a very good idea.
Taking a quick inhale, he jogged down the aisle of books, looking for the 'big table in the middle.' He ran right through a clearing and almost straight through into the next row when he spotted the strange hair of his neighbor. Backtracking, he made his way back to the middle and sat down at the big table near Jeremie. "Hey," he said out of breath. Yeah, he was out of shape.

Then again, he supposed he looked weird to him as well.
"Hello. I take it you're Sokka?"

Curious, he leaned over Jeremie's shoulder and raised his eyebrow at the books. There were certainly a lot of them; he must've been there just as long as Sokka had been. "So, whatcha got there? Besides the notes you wrote in your journal, anyway."

"These books?" Jeremie blinked. "Well, I was attempting to find out about the history of this world, but there's not much besides books apparently written about past guests of the castle."

"So, let's gather what we know about this place so far," he said, taking out a pencil and drawing a small scribble at the top. "You wanna start?"
no subject
"Well, we know it selects certain people from other worlds and brings them here, apparently taking something away in the process. Also, the residents seem to know something about it, but they're very vague, almost as if speaking of it is forbidden."
no subject
"You got anything else?"
no subject
He paused. He hated using this term. "Supernatural force behind it. The ghosts in the kitchen and at the masquerade, et cetera. But other than that, that's all I have."
