The sake in the giant green bottle with the orange label is the best in the kitchen. With its help, I've decided to start working on my next bestseller. I've been busy researching it all week but I still can't seem to gather the right kind of data. That definitely means I need more sake.

Being drunk also seems to help block out the horrible mangy smell that's still ruining the whole 16th floor of this place.

With no Hokage and no missions, the past week has been uneventful. The library isn't a great help. I need a distraction, though none of my usual methods will be much help here.

There has been no sign of Jiraiya. Maybe old age finally knocked some sense into him.

I feel slightly... bored. I've run out of things to do. I asked the castle for a computer and a cell phone, but there's no internet or cell service in this castle (not that I was expecting there to be any).

This place is pretty crazy, I've decided. Most people here are totally nuts, it only varies by degrees.

That'd mean I'm insane too, though. Then again, I could be! This could all be a really weird hallucination I'm having in a mental ward somewhere. I'm not sure if that's more or less depressing than this place being real.


Meh, anyway. Anyone out there interested in a sparring match? Fists and feet only, I don't have any weapons, unlike most of you weirdos. And I've been REALLY bored. C'mon, there has to be someone out there brave enough to take on a half blind girl, right? Promise I'll go easy on you.

Yeah... anyway. I wonder if there are any ladies here that won't bite my head off if I try talking to them? [firmly crossed out] Ah, the woes of being a gentleman. I do miss the company of a lady, though. I got kind of used to it when we were traveling with Lady Kirara. It seems even harder to get a lady's attention here than it would back at home. Guess I have to suffer being single, eh? Hahaha.

Kikuchiyo-donno, Kyuzo-donno... Are you guys as bored as I am? I've been meaning to talk to you guys. I heard from someone that we lose things when we come here, but I haven't lost anything that I'm aware of. Still got my weapon, my prosethic arm (thank goodness)... must've been a memory. I've been so busy this week--it seems that this new environment has really--stimulated my witchcraft. There are so many ingredients to use here! I've brewed up quite a lovely potion to thank Gaston for the lovely time we didn't have at the ball.

I've noticed some of the residents of the castle seem very unhappy! If there's anything I can do~just know that my prices are very reasonable <3.

Hayabusa, I would like to request a sparring match in the near future. No weapons, of course.

On another note, I was asked by an elderly man to star in a movie just earlier today. Even though I declined his offer right away, he still went as far as asking my sexual preference and "size," which I can only assume means weight. I am surprised questions of that nature are required for a simple movie, but I admit I am somewhat ignorant as to what goes on in the film industry.

Despite this new, strange place, I find myself with a lack of things to do, though I have been skipping out on my training as of lately.
