Hey, do we have a deal or not? It's not like I'm trying to rush you or anything, but I would definitely appreciate your help sooner than later. For a guy like me, you have no idea how difficult these past few days have been. If this is just some kind of bargaining tactic to get me to agree to a higher price--well, it's working, damn it.

The sake in the giant green bottle with the orange label is the best in the kitchen. With its help, I've decided to start working on my next bestseller. I've been busy researching it all week but I still can't seem to gather the right kind of data. That definitely means I need more sake.

Being drunk also seems to help block out the horrible mangy smell that's still ruining the whole 16th floor of this place.
