Have I died, or have I been sent here as punishment for my failure? There are others in this place as well so perhaps it is the latter. I am all alone now so I have no other choice than to endure this place, whatever it may be. I still have my Souba so I can at least defend myself if there is any trouble. Judging from the noise the others are making, trouble will come very soon.

My main concern is the Reunion, and how I can possibly achieve it now.

It's a curious thing, one minute being smuggled to the Fire Nation in cargo ship and the next to be in a very comfortable bed with a cup of jasmine tea. I've been sure that I'm going to wake up any minute now, as this all seems to be some sort of dream--but I'm growing more and more certain that I am not asleep. If this was a dream, it would be a pleasant one--warm tea, a window with a view, and a Pai Shou board in the corner. It's almost as if someone was expecting me...

and I admit, I would be quite happy to remain a guest here. If only I wasn't so worried about my nephew and the trouble he's bound to get himself into under Lord Ozai's watch.

So I suppose I will have to find a way to resume my journey to the Fire Nation capitol.

But I don't think there's any harm in finishing this tea first...

Has anyone seen it? It's called Hanuman's Staff, it's about five feet in height, purple, its ends are gold, and the handle is also colored in gold. Please, it's very valuable and... I can't cast... or heal without it...
