As quick as he came, he's gone again. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad the bloodsucker's gone. But I don't get to enjoy it because every time he leaves I have to look at her face again. And I see just how... It makes me think of when he left her the first time. None of the Cullens ever saw her like I saw her. They can say all they want, but they're the ones that always hurt her. He left her ALONE IN THE FUCKING FOREST for God's sake. He's lucky Sam was able to find her. She was just a big VOID until I came around and kept her company. THAT is why I'm better for her. Because I don't play games like that. And I don't come with any life or death choices or vampire mafias or any of that.

Yeah, whatever. The castle brought him and took him away, not his fault. But that doesn't change the fact that she's hurting again because of him.

[ After letting out his frustrations, Jake throws his pen and huffs loudly. Then, he turns to Bella, tugging on her hand a bit. ]

C'mon. We're getting some fresh air.

[ oh hell, he's a teenage boy who just got his girlfriend back, and he can't help but indulge in a little more kissing. this time he's bold, deepening the kiss a bit. it's enough to make the french proud. ]

[ if she was standing, she probably would've fallen over; instead she holds onto him, clasping their joined hands tightly, her free arm wrapped tightly around his neck. oops. she lets out a tiny, embarrassing moan ]

[ that's okay, because he knows how to make up for it. he runs his fingers through her hair as he kisses her, really wishing he had that other free hand right about now ]

[ screw it, she climbs out of her seat and into his lap, wrapping her free arm around his neck again and pulling him close as they kiss, tilting her head towards his hand in her hair and sighing softly into his mouth ]

[ WOAH he wasn't expecting that but he fully welcomes it, fingers gently twisting around locks of hair as the moment intensifies. he shifts a little in order to allow her more comfort and his knee bumps into the buggy's horn which echoes into the valley below them ]

[ she can't but break away from his lips at that as she busts up laughing, looking behind her down at the castle as she cracks up, throwing her head back a little ]

Good job. Way to be subtle, man.

[ he seizes the moment her neck is exposed like that an lays kisses upon it, all the while grinning ]

Yeah, yeah. So we learned this thing is too small for this. Should we... head back to the castle?...

[ she almost chokes on a giggle and shivers at the feeling of his lips on her neck, tilting her head back down to look him in the eye once more, nodding ]

Yeah, I guess we should, huh.

[ he nods, and wonders if he'd be able to pull off driving with her on her lap. he starts up the engine, but at this rate he'd probably crash, so he reluctantly nudges her off of his lap, but not before kissing at her neck once more ]

[ she teases as she climbs back into her seat, smirking a little at him ]

[ he shifts the buggy into gear and starts back down the hill, throwing her a grinning glance every so often ]

[ she grins right back, amused at his blushing as they drive back, a little distracted from the only slightly terrifying buggy ride back to the castle ]

[ la la timeskipping the details of the ride, which include more bumpy terrain and Jake purposely trying to hit every major bump on the road! the castle is coming into view now. ]

So you think you'd wanna take this for a spin again sometime? [ he chuckles ]

It's a natural talent of mine. Right up there with being Mr. Nice Guy, teasing you, and my new favorite, making you do that little moan thing.
