God, NYPD does not train us for this shit.
This is even worse than those zombie things a few months ago.

I haven't gotten flowers in a long time.
I don't know the person who sent these, but thanks anyway.
Now I just need to make sure the kitten doesn't try to eat them.
[ recorded in shock and horror ]
Why are there
... What happened to me?
[ flipping back, reading, then continuing this in writing ]
I don't exactly know what happened to make me act that way, but I'm sorry.

So I was thinking about going to
[ and then the loss was like, "lol hay sup?" from here on out, the entry's dictated. the following sentence is in response to seeing her badge in front of her, because it sits on her desk beside her journal. ]
What the— This isn't mine! Why's it in here?
[ footsteps, then the sound of the door opening. and, veeeeery faintly, the sound of her badge hitting the floor down the hall. she threw it toward elliot's room, just 'cause. we planned it this way. it's relevant. ]
I'm out of here now.
[ ooc: It begins. A little later than planned because lol I suck at remembering and paying attention. Anyway, she's now out to smoke and drink and raise hell in the alleys of the town. :/ Okay, not really. Well, no, she is going to the town, but not to smoke and drink and raise hell. ...OR IS SHE? More to come in this, the first loss for Olivia. It's also another chapter in the epic saga of E/O wangst — which technically started the day she showed up and couldn't remember him, but anyway. ]
...Damn.
One second I'm reading and my goldfish is swimming around happily, and two hours later it's belly-up at the top of the bowl.
Oh, well. That fish lived pretty long. I'm kind of impressed.
who → Elliot Stabler, Olivia Benson
what → Olivia fessing up to Elliot about how she asked for a new partner (at the end of Fault).
when → Sunday night-ish. Like ... now. Though I guess it's technically Monday morning? WHATEVER. It's after this.
where → Olivia's room.
rating → Gonna go with PG-13 for language.
( try to slip past his defense )
Still completely snowed in, I see.
I don't think I've ever seen a snowstorm this bad. Especially not near the middle of July.

The ghosts are gone? Well, that sucks. Now I have to make my own coffee. [ light laugh ] This should be good. Anyway, hopefully they'll be back. I'm not sure how things work here, but maybe they're on some kind of vacation? Didn't think ghosts needed a vacation, but ... hey, whatever.
At least you can go down there with me and not get shoved into the pantry, right, Elliot?
Well, no wonder I didn't recognize any of my neighbors' names.
Hey, Elliot — look out your door and to the ... left.
( ooc; She totally got a room change, from 1513 to 1409. :D )
Puppies are cute, but I'm actually glad I didn't end up with one. They're kind of high-maintenance, and taking them outside when you're on the higher floors would be kind of a pain. Still, I hope everyone who got one is enjoying their little surprise.
I'd need something simple, something I couldn't get too attached to. Like a fish. A goldfish. All you do is feed them and keep their water clean. Not too hard.
...You know, that doesn't sound like a bad idea, really.
Now this is something I haven't seen in years.
It's kind of nice, really.
... That one was bright.
The fireworks are a nice change, but just how much longer can they go on?
Fourth of July fireworks shows don't even last this long.
After all that happened last week, it's good that people are finding some way to have fun.
Maybe I'll go down there and watch, just for the hell of it.
You know, I don't think I've ever been so thankful for sleep in my life.
This whole "Ganados" ordeal puts every all-nighter I pulled doing reports to shame.
I feel a lot better now.
Just when you thought it was safe to go outside ...
[transcribed gun click]
... these zombie-like things show up.
Feels like a bad horror movie.
