Does anybody else find it weird when people talk as though the castle can hear them? Calling it "Cair Paradisa" and spouting some deep, heartfelt and completely meaningless bullshit like they're talking to God. Are you happy now, Castle? Was this what you wanted?

Hey.

Alright, so I think I've scoured this place pretty much top to bottom, though there are a lot of bedrooms and I didn't go barging in any of those. (A guy's got to have some sort of respect for other people's territory, after all.) I think I like this place. It might not be "our world" or whatever it's called, but it looks like a great place. No sign of Smellerbee or Longshot, but hey, Katara's here, Li's here, their friends are here, and no word of any Fire Nation. Fire Country, maybe, but that's something different.

This is a great place for a fresh start, even if it's not what I'd consider... normal.

Sorry to anyone who happened to hear me shouting yesterday -- I figured that I'd have to yell for you to hear me, or something. But that's all in the past, right?

I don't really have anything to ask about the castle, I'm pretty sure I've read enough to get what's going on, and the people yesterday sure did help. So on the subject of something else, what sort of foods should I try here? Don't exactly get to eat like a king every day back home, might as well take advantage of it here.

The snow was...interesting. It's really pretty, but I'm glad it's not on my floor. When people mentioned it I wanted to see! Ya know, where I lived in Texas, and LA? Don't think snow's gonna be dropping in much. Or...at all. This was my first time seeing it in person.

...And they aren't kiddin' about how cold it is. I probably should have dressed for the occasion more! Maybe not my brightest moment. Who made it happen, by the way? It was a fun idea, but I think it upset the people on that floor.

Um, Zelman, thanks for letting me stay over last night! Sorry I left without saying anything this morning, but you were sleepin' and after an hour I kinda wanted a nap myself after staying awake all night, so I figured it was best to go back to my room.

But I...sorta left my glasses and necklace over there, the ones that got tossed in the corner? It's not an emergency, but I'd like to pick them up whenever I can, since I don't think you want to be around them either. I'm sorry!
