[it felt strange not having Yuan present for the meeting, and the Doctor felt a bit like an imposter as he set up the rows of chairs in the basement for the Patrol members. the elder elf would certainly have had something to say about all of this, but his name was still on his door - which stood to reason that he was still around the castle, but indisposed on some sort of loss... at the moment, however, there were more pressing matters at hand. with a sigh, Five put his worries about his friend's whereabouts to the back of his mind and prepared for the tasks to come.]

This is exactly why there needs to be more organization.

Alan was talking about Code Blair, which is specifically for the kids in the castle. Carolina was the one who started actually setting up emergency teams for all the residents. [he pulls out his journal, opens it to the page (http://paradisa.livejournal.com/13823465.html), and holds it up]

I didn't mean to imply that you were unorganized. Considering that I'd never even heard of the Peace Patrol until very recently despite forewarning of an emergency, there is a problem.

Carolina knows about CB - I think she'd work with the Doc and Alan to make sure all the plans dovetail. ... And yeah, timing's a bitch around here. Seems like we'll get some headway into puttin' things together, and then the castle pulls its bullshit and we're back at square one.
