...It seems the castle decided to let me have an extended nap, and it looks like I've missed a few weeks in the process. Anyone care to give a summary?

I'm not sure if it'll help, but yer welcome t'give it a go.

I's scientific name is "Nuclear Biokinesis". Basically, I've an energy in me body tha's about th' equivalent o' a nuclear bomb goin' off. I used t'focus it in beams an' th' like, but I've never bothered seein' what it'll do now. If I had t'guess, I'd say I breathe fire tha's hot enough t'destroy most anythin'.

Main reason I've been holdin' back, is because th' people who gave me my powers back're known fer brainwashin' folks after givin' 'em powers like they did me. I'm afraid that if I let me powers loose, I'll become somethin'...well...somethin' th' Peace Patrol'd have t'deal with.

I appreciate your candor. Have you spoken with either of the Doctors about this concern? They're the Patrol's foremost experts on psychic matters.

And if that is such a concern for you, why would you volunteer to be put in a position where, more than likely, you'll be called upon to demonstrate those abilities?

I figured I've been keepin' folks in th' dark long enough. I may have t'look inta that, though. Eleven's a friend o' mine, so I may have t'talk t'him about it.

I've been runnin' from me powers long enough. I figure, th' least I can do is put 'em to positive use. I'd never met Deathwing before he turned up in me room all cloak an' dagger-like, but I know he's dangerous. If I can help keep him from killin' us all, I'm willin' t'take th' risk.

S'funny, years ago I did this exact same thing, only then I did get brainwashed, jus' before I lost me powers.

I think...Deathwing actually wants t'see me as a friend. He don' really seem th' type, but he sees a bit o' himself in me. I can use that.

I know, I know. Deathwing's a monster, I've no illusions about that. I'm not plannin' on movin' in with th' ornery bugger, I jus' wanna see where things'll go. He's got me as curious about 'im as he is about me.

You say that now, and I believe you mean it. And I don't doubt your strength of will or purpose, but I've dealt with too many manipulative and misguided people in the past. Learn all you can, but don't let your guard down.

I know, I've seen my share too. Dependin' on how things go, I'll probably be reportin' in once a week or so, even if things're quiet. Someone like Deathwing can't just waltz about without someone keepin' an eye on 'im. Think that might o' been where we went wrong with Riful. We gave her too much leeway.
