[ in spite of paradisa returning to normal (or as normal as it was going to get), uru hadn't taken a chance leaving the castle perimeter since the vampires attacked. instead, she didn't want to scare anyone and stuck close to the castle, keeping busy there instead. she actually found herself more focused than when she was living in the city. kara's departure had been upsetting but reminded her how she wanted to learn to knit as well as the super heroine, and so she had been doing that outside in the courtyard. not that... she had gotten very far with what she had been trying to put together. she still had that horrifying excuse for a scarf she had tried to sew for damian last christmas.

she really needed to improve. :(

but she kept hearing something in the tree above her and put down all her things, glancing up at it. she didn't see anything in there. it sounded a lot like... after a minute, she had hopped up onto the lowest branch and began to pull herself up into the tree. ]

[ LAWD she's wrapping her arms around his neck though her heart is beating fast now. ]

[And before she can protest, DOWN THEY GO. He's hopping from branch to branch until they're low enough to just drop down and land smoothly.]

[ she clings tightly and closely to him, yelling aloud as they go down. YOU JERK. ]

[Gently putting her down once they've landed.]

Tadaa, down we are.

[ shaking slightly and trying to get a feel of the ground with her feet. will she ever get used to this... she clings for another minute before letting go finally. ]

We could have climbed down!

This way was faster and more fun. [Be glad he didn't do flips and shit...]
