[This is completely and utterly maddening. One day, the weird blue thing is sitting under a tree, the next day, it's gone. Then she finds it snug against the castle walls, like it had always been there. Then it's gone again and she only happens upon it when she was passing by the duck pond (it seems to have a rather nice view too).
And today, it's just sitting in the middle of the lawn, sticking out like a sore (blue) thumb. She glares at it for a few minutes, before turning and heading out the door. She's gonna find out what the hell that thing is today - even though the last time she tried something like that, she ended up on someEXTREME odd game show.]

[not coming any closer. he'll watch from this safe distance, thanks]

It keeps moving around somehow, and I can't figure out the pattern or why. [still circling it carefully.]

[glares at it, arms folded, as if daring it to move.]

...Come on. You know you want to.]

...Doesn't this always happen in horror stories? And then the protagonists stupidly walk inside anyway?
Glancing at Zuko, and then back at the door.]
I guess somebody knows we're here.
[a half smirk, and she's already lightly pushing on the door. She takes a step back and watches cautiously as the door swings in.]

[okay, maybe coming a little closer now]
Someone's actually in there?

[trails off as she sees the inside. And then at the box. And then back inside.
...Looking at you now. Is it really bigger on the inside, or is she just going crazy?]
no subject
[why does this feel like some sort of trick? ...He comes over anyway though, following her gaze inside-- oh.]
...That's not possible. [he says, standing outside a magic castle]

Placing her hand on the outside of the TARDIS, and yup. That's just plain, regular wood. With an impossibly gigantic room inside.
...Well, since nothing has attacked them so far, she takes a step inside, eyes immediately scanning about the place.]
Doot doo doo
The room was empty, aside from them, quiet except for the low thrum of mechanics.]

Okay, so we're apparently in some bad sci-fi flick.

A what?

[heading up the ramp towards the glowing control panel in the middle]
no subject
Where are you going? Should we really be in here?
[and not in the "we're not allowed" kind of way. more of the "something horrible is going to happen" kind of way]
no subject
Staring at all the knick knacks and switches on the control panel.]
It's like somebody searched through a dump to find all the stuff with movable parts, and then stuck them together.

What do you think it is?
no subject
...It's not a blue wooden box.
[is a helper, obvsly]

The first few rooms they'd pass, if they chose to peek inside, were surprisingly normal...sparsely decorated quarters set up for guests. But as they made their way deeper in, the look began to change, and the rooms were getting decidedly stranger (as if rooms in a telephone box weren't strange enough). Leaving the living quarters, one of the next doors they'd open would reveal what seemed to be a giant, walk-in closet. It was filled with clothes...hundreds upon hundreds of outfits. And the variety. There were things from an incredible number of time periods and worlds, from recognizable trends to things so strange that you would only guess they were meant to be worn by association.
Most of the outfits were meant for men, but there were several rows of women's clothing as well.
It was like a theater's dream room, come to life... all the costumes you could ever want for any number of settings.]

...Is that a fez?
[unless there are preserved celery sticks somewhere?]

[popping from among the racks(Rassilon only knows where he'd come from), the Doctor strode into site, hands in the pockets of his suit jacket]
She's quite cozy, actually, though apparently she's getting a bit lax with the door latch. [reaching up to stroke his chin in almost feigned concern] I should probably see about that. Can't just have anyone who wants to wandering about the place.... why... you never know who'd pop up? And while I'm all for a bit of the unexpected it can be a bit...well... problematic.
[It's only then that he actually turns to face them, focusing on the two teens with a bit of a frown] So then. Out with it. Who are you?

Then get a guard dog or something.
