No, no, no!

[There's a very loud whirring sound that sounds a bit... muffled somehow. Possibly many whirring sounds. It's safe to assume that whatever they are, they are not a good sign.]

Please turn off, please! Uhhh...

[Frantic clicks and snaps and maybe a little pounding of a fist against something large and metal can be heard, but the whirring continues with a few added wet slosh sounds until finally, every sound comes to a halt.]

Bloody machines. Maybe you really are evil.

[Did you plan to do laundry tonight? That's going to be a problem. Merlin has claimed all three washing machines and effectively overloaded them. Soap bubbles have seeped out, flooding the entirety of the laundry room, and has seeped out into the hallway a bit.

You know you want to point and laugh.]

[He was just idly heading to his room after getting a drink but kind of... stops when he sees suds. In the hallway. And thus, curiousity takes him to the laundry room to peek in. And stares.]

[Merlin, standing knee-deep in bubbles, turns and gives him a desperate look before putting his hands up.]

I didn't mean to, it just happened!

[Gino might be resisting a chuckle because of the 'knee deep in bubbles' thing, while he steps in and glances about at the millions of bubbles.]

And the worst part is, I believe you when you say 'it just happened.'

How in the world do people use these without drowning in soap? [He sloshes through the thick of the bubbles in an attempt to move closer to the door, almost losing his balance when he almost slips on the wet floor.]

[His head pops up from beneath a pile of suds like a gopher poking its head from the ground. He looks every which way.]

Allen? Where are you? These machines... I don't think this is what they were intended to do.

[There is a child now seated on atop one of those washing machines, the one that just happened to be slightly out of Merlin's initial line of sight for a second. Said child is staring down at this mess, chin propped in his hands and elbows propped on his knees, with his legs dangling off the side of the washing machine.

There aren't really any signs of him having walked around in the mess at all, as his clothing is spotless.]

It seems you have made quite the mess of this room... did you not think to ask anyone how one should work these machines before you attempted using them?

[His head whips around when the boy speaks, brows furrowing at the very sight of him. How did he get there? He hadn't always been there, had he?]

The directions were inside of it and seemed easy enough. Poor the soap flakes, press a few buttons. It just didn't seem like I'd put enough in there.

[Certainly not! But to the brow furrowing - which Pharos probably doesn't notice at all, actually - he just lifts his head and smiles at Merlin.]

So the problem came from however much soap you happened to add? It seems like you must have added quite a bit to cause this much of a mess... How much did you actually put in as opposed to what the instructions told you to do?
