You're relatively new here, aren't you? Then again, some of the older residents haven't quite learned the 'all is not what it seems' philosophy in this castle.

So what did he do to get you to agree to getting bitten.

Perhaps you'll learn not to be so trusting in the future. And no, some of us do, but he tends to just take a bite. though I figured he would have had a bit more tact [gone]

Haven't you heard of us? Funny, I thought we were the most prevalent of legends. In our world, we're referred to as 'Black Bloods'.

I'm sure someone will be able to tell you our common name soon enough.

Funny how worlds work, isn't it?

You could call it magic. And most would consider Black Bloods a type of demon. But as far as I know, we are the only supernatural beings. It's amazing how diverse we are as a whole though.

As for air ships... I suppose your definition of one will be different from my own, but we have them. In a sense anyway.

Most likely. Well, every bloodline has a trait unique to them. All the established bloodlines at any rate. One can turn into a wolf, another in to a dragon, but those are the more obvious ones.

'Spira'? Though I wonder if she meant air ships in a literal sense...

Hmm... As for my own bloodline, that's not something I like to talk about.

[just silence as he thinks about it]
