The environment of Paradisa could be considered ethereal and majestic compared to the dull and bland shades of grey his hometown was, which although pleasing to his eye, otherwise caught him off guard. What the heck was going on? ]

"I've been to some pretty crazy places before but this is unreal. It's nothing like most of the alien worlds I've ever seen."

[ At that point he noticed a small journal nearby, conviniently located on a small desk propped against the wall neatly. It was so convinient that it borderlined suspicious and completely untrustworthy, but maybe it had some answers. ]

"Blank. Figures...HELLO? ANYONE OUT THERE?"

"Annnnnnd now you're talking to yourself. Finally reached the deep end of the crazy pool."

I know I've been asking a lot of questions lately, but this is one I'm more and more curious about. This one is kind of for anyone -- or everyone as a whole. If there is magic in your world, are people for or against it? And what do you, personally, think of magic? From what I've been told so far, the answer is pretty divided! If you don't like magic, I won't hold it against you! I wouldn't want to be forced to like something I didn't like.

This is mostly.. food for thought! I'm curious.

[Lexi is currently sitting on the roof, watching the sunrise. It's not something she's had the chance to do in centuries, so here at the Castle she finds herself doing it as much as possible.

That being said though, she's been getting restless. Things have been relatively peaceful since the whole mind invasion thing, but it's also been boring, which leads her to this:]

So do people ever have parties around this place or what? Considering the Castle's given us a relative easy few weeks since the literal mind fuck you'd think people would want to take advantage of it, have some fun.

And you know, theoretically, if you wanted arrange something like that, where exactly would be the best place to host it?

You know, theoretically.

[She closes up her journal after finishing up and sets it aside. She wishes up a cup of coffee to sip as she watches the rest of the sunrise.

It'd be better spiked, but with the way her loss goes, that wasn't in the cards.]

[there's a pause as she kind of just stares at the journal page. She's sitting in the lobby on an armchair, so she just kind of... flops down, so her feet are dangling over one of the arms of the chair, and head resting on the other arm. Kicking her feet back and forth, she finally says]

Does anyone feel like they've become a better person because they've spent time here? And don't just say 'Geez, what a random question' and keep looking through the journal, I'm serious! This is a mandatory, 100% participation required question!

I guess I'm not very good at this naming thing... Sorry.

[Hinata is in the library today with a kitten who is enjoying knocking her pen out of her hand for every bad name...or maybe for the tapping. It could be a game. The desk she has sequestered is covered with books on cat care (the majority of them are...not so great), a couple of books on versions of Earth justice, and various sheets of paper filled with notes on both. And...also a book of pet names. That she's testing out. She's had this kitten for about a month now and hasn't given him a name yet.

Obviously, it's poor manners to keep changing your cat's name every few days or just not giving him one some days. But if only there weren't so many options when it came to names.]

[Kain is currently sitting on an outside window ledge, halfway up the darned castle. Anyone falling from that height would pulverize themselves. Kain doesn't seem too bothered by it though, enjoying the scenery from his view. It's a strange place alright, but that doesn't mean he can't observe it.]
