Maybe this place isn't out to get me. I mean, it sucks that Yue's gone, it really does, I guess, but at least there's no one here who knew me back home. No more ties to home, other than other people from my world. Guess I'm really home free.

... I wouldn't mind being human again, though. This deer thing pretty much sucks, except girls get all giggly and affectionate over it. Every time they see me, they have to come over and pet me and think I'm adorable and stuff. I love the girls in town, I really do, they're not crazy and high strung and... manly... like most of them at the castle.

And the view. Can't say I've ever considered being short to be useful, but trust me, from here, I can see a lot. If any of you ever get to be a deer, milk it for all it's worth! Whoo!

I've learned so much in the short time I've been here.

I've learned that inanimate objects can be homosexual, and a change in treatment toward your hair can also be homosexual. To roughly rub your fist against another man's scalp is to be heterosexual with them, but to run your fingers through their hair is to be homosexual with them.

All in all, it is interesting how a word that is assigned to describe a sexual act or preference has been connotated and associated with traits, behavior, clothing, and even movements. Furthermore, the insane amount of fear men have when it comes to discussing The Penis will endlessly amuse me.

I was told by someone that all women have low self-esteem, but I am beginning to see that the fairer sex might be much more secure with themselves than men are.

I've learned that apologies should not be real apologies, but you should instead move around a subject carefully and take into consideration how fragile the ego of another individual is. However, they do not like their fragile ego being brought to their attention.

Or their foreheads, for that matter.

I wonder ... when I adjust to what would be considered 'normal', will I pick up these senseless idiosyncrasies that most men have?

If anyone else has any wisdom to dispense toward me, it would be greatly appreciated.

When one is given a choice, there should be no regrets that comes with that choice, so there is no reason for one to complain about something they've brought upon themselves. If you don't accept the consequences, then you didn't deserve to have a choice in the first place. Don't rely on others for their opinions because the only opinion that should matter is yours.


If you are male and have a choice to wear pink or not, I assure you that you are rather fortunate to have the option of not wearing pink open.

Witnessing others' misfortunes due to their own idiocy was only slightly amusing to start with, but it has grown tedious.
