Oh my, I seem to have lost myself in the library once again. After finishing The Odyssey, I continued to read other epics.

The tale of King Arthur greatly reminds me of my ventures in Akanea. Finding the legendary sword, gathering forces, slaying the dragon. It's a very grand story. The great wizard Merlin reminds me of Maric in so many ways. I have my knights, as well. How I miss them all dearly.

I've also discovered interesting tales from a kingdom called China. The tales there tell of dragons who help people, definitely the opposite of what I am accustomed. While the Mamkute aren't evil, Medeus has seriously given them a bad name. Dragons are quite a fearsome sight to behold, with their grand size and vast magical power.

After reading so many legends, does anyone have any suggestions? Perhaps a favorite book?
