Happy Diwali [open]

Who: All of Paradisa! That means YOU
What: Feasts and fireworks, oh my!
When: The third day of Diwali; Friday, Oct. 28th
Where: Everywhere (though just the ballroom for the feast)
Rating: Um, not more than PG? This is a family holiday, guys, come on...

Diwali is living up to it’s name today. The lights are everywhere today both outside and in.  Stands of candles line the lobby like a temple and lanterns hang from the very ceiling. Everywhere there is light.

Today, however, you can add new smells and sounds to the list as well. Music drifts through the air into the lobby, along with the fragrant, spice filled scents of foods and sweets.

And up go the eyebrows. Gunn gives her a look. "You're a blackbelt, and you were just gonna withhold that info from me?"

"Not withhold necessarily. I would have told you eventually," she says, making a mental note to probably share things like that. "Most people don't believe me when I say it."

"Me too," Vivian replies, smiling a little at the contact. The last firework was spectacular to say the least. "I'll see you on a Monday, Gunn. Take care." She's going to sit on the grass for a bit longer before going back to mingling.
