Who: Tatsuki, Irvine, Tear, Yachiru, Fou, Azula, Lana, Ino, & Haruko
What: pervy-Irvy takes Tatsuki up on a bet
When: ASAP?
Where: all over. where the ladies happen to be, he will find them! -shot-
Rating: probably PG-13, just to be safe
Irvine grinned and spun his hat around on his index finger one more time before planting the thing back down on his head solidly. This whole bet with Tatsuki really had him excited, especially since he didn't plan to lose! Sure, Irvine could be quite the flirt, but that wasn't necessarily true all the time, and now would just have to be one of those times it wasn't. The cowboy was rather fond of his hat, after all, and a date with Tatsuki could certainly be entertaining.
Unfortunately, in order for this whole bet thing to start, the other party just sort of needed to be present as well. Irvine whistled lightly as he bent his body and looked left and right from where he stood near the staircase on the very bottom floor of the castle. A women happened to walk by and he turned his head, and the gunman winked at her before catching himself. Technically, it wasn't cheating, right? Tatsuki wasn't around, so they couldn't actually begin! Yeah, so that was okay.
But really, where was she?

But really, where was she?

Tatsuki was more or less assured she was going to win. Irvine had tried to come off as a "gentleman," but it was obvious he was a huge flirt deep down. She was banking on at least ONE girl being willing to flirt with him from the start and she'd have this in the bag.
So that wasn't what she was worried about. What she WAS worried about was the small detail of her ankle being broken.
And so it was with a walking cast (hidden under sweatpants) that Tatsuki snuck her way downstairs. (The ghosts, she had discovered, were a source of infinite helpfullness.) It took her a while; attempting to descend fifteen floors in a cast while also trying to be sneaky about it is not very easy, but she managed it eventually.
She glanced around when she finally hit the bottom floor, blowing out a breath. She spotted Irvine almost instantly, her expression going flat when she saw his cowboy hat. The cast gave her a slight roll to her gait as she walked towards him, but she decided she more or less didn't care if he noticed. Folding her arms when she got close, she stated, "You must be Irvine." Another one who was like half a foot taller than her. Wonderful.

Ah. Short black hair, frown on her face, arms crossed and...well, just short in general. Yep, had to be Tatsuki! At least it fit what she sounded like from over the journals.
Grinning a little, Irvine snatched his hat off of his head and brought it down to his chest, bowing just a bit. He was a gentleman, right? Even if Tatsuki didn't believe him, he'd just have to prove it. Step one was bowing. Step two, was manners. Step three, was successfully not-flirting with any of the ladies he met at the present time. If he needed to get his usual goofy behaviors out of his system, there was always later with Hisoka and possibly Kuja.
"Hey there, Tatsuki. That's who it must be. You're one of the only people I know who could be in place like this and still be frowning all of the time." He gave an exaggerated sigh. "What am I going to do with the lot of you?"
Replacing the hat on his head again, the cowboy smiled and looked around the room.
"So, I know we worked out most of the details, but how should this work? Do I get to pick, or do you? If I get to pick...how about her?"
The gunman pointed.

She gave a forceful sigh and forced herself to look at him again. "I dunno, whoever. If we just happen to run into people.. it's better that they have no idea what's gonna happen, I think." That way they can't be prepared, she thought.
She raised a brow at the girl he pointed at and was about to reply when she heard Yachiru call out. She blinked at the girl.
Oh, for the love of...
Tatsuki decided to give Irvine a freebie. Just one, since she was still quite certain he'd fail later anyway. She grinned at Yachiru now, and gave a small wave. "Heya, Yachiru." She looked at Irvine with a wolfish grin, indicating that Yachiru would be their first target, and an easy one at that.

She skipped the last step and made a giant leap onto the floor. A huge grin upon her face. Well, what do you know! Tatu was here! Was that good? "Nyaa~ I'm heeere~" Yachiru announced herself as she spun in a circle.

Closing the space between the two of them in only a couple of strides (it was good to be so tall sometimes) Irvine leaned over a little and held out his hand to the small pink-headed cutie. Oops. He'd better be careful not to say that outloud. Maybe he and Tatsuki should have defined 'flirting'...
"Hey there! Glad you're here. My name's Irvine Kinneas. Who're you?"
Her name. That counted for one thing right? Great. One down, five to go.

"Yachiru Kusajishi, 11th Division Vice Captain~" She giggled. "What's your name~?" Yachiru smiled and tugged at his sleeve innocently.

Instead, the gunman turned his attentions back to the little lady in front of him.
"Yachiru, hm? It's nice to meet you Yachiru! I'm Irvine. So I know this place is kind of weird...How about we just take a seat here on the steps and you can tell me the name of the place you came from! Maybe I've met other people from there."
'Come on...' Irvine urged inside his head. 'The name will give me two, asking if she's lost anything would give me three...'

Yachiru glanced towards Tatsuki with an air of curiousity. What was she doing? Testing the direction of the wind? Why did she hold up her finger? Yachiru was baffled she had no clue what was going on. Keeping to her curiousity she looked to Irvii, "Nyaa~ Hooold on, 'kay Irvii?" She smiled and skipped over to Tatsuki.
"Nyaa~ Tatuuuu what are you doing? Uuun. I don't think there's any wind blowing in the castle..." She tilted her head to the side and stared up at Tatsuki's frown.
[OOC: Nooo problem. I've had much, much worse. By the way, shall Tear rain on the parade or should I wait~?]

"Nothing much," she replied casually. "Just keeping track of something in my head actually. No worries," she said, flapping a hand.

Pushing her new idea towards Tatsuki aside she walked over to the steps and tugged at Irvii's arm as she went. Her other hand dragged her Zanpakuto behind her.
She plopped down and turned to smile at Irvii. "Neee~ So what did you ask me, Irvii?"

Tatsuki simply leaned against the wall next to the stairwell and resumed her careful observing.

Sitting down next to the girl, and folding his long legs in closer to his chest so as to not trip up anyone wandering by, the gunman repeated his question.
"I was just wondering where you came from. Seems like there's a lot more worlds out there that people like me didn't know about! Plus, I get around, so maybe I've met other people from there."

Well, shit. Did it still count if he had to ask someone else? Technically, he was still finding something out about her, and technically it should still count. ...Maybe. Irvine was pretty sure Tatsuki wasn't much of a technical kind of girl, but there was no harm in trying, right?
The cowboy turned to Tatsuki and smiled wide. Putting his hand in a place Yachiru wouldn't be able to see from where she sat, he held up two fingers with his hand and raised an eyebrow at her.
"So Tatsuki! I didn't realize you and Yachiru here were fromt he same place! Imagine that. So, what's it called~?"

Tatsuki gaped at this. NOT fair, deferring the question! But Yachiru had her reasons... damn. Tatsuki's gape changed into a scowl and she blew out a breath.
"Japan~" she replied, with obviously false cheeriness. She raised a brow at the two fingers he held up... then gave him a slight nod. She'd let him get away with that. He needed at LEAST three more for her to be satisfied, though.

At times like these, it was nice to get out of the cramped confinement of her stuffy little room, and walk around. Who knows, maybe she would meet up with someone who knew what was going on and would be able to get valuable information out of them? Then again, it wasn't that important, she just wanted a chance to stretch her legs.
