[There's some more silence, while on the other end, Kanji is peering around at the lobby, quite clueless and confused. As far as he's concerned the only explanation is one that should make no sense whatsoever, so he's starting to get frustrated and muttering.]

Whoa! That's really cool. I don't do robotics or nothing. I don't work with metal much--mostly sewing and making things. I paint a little too, sometimes. I'm not very good at painting though, but it's fun.
