Not a uniform, but I found a coat! I think this one's mine, it's small enough.

[a minute later he's scuttling over and even though he's still wearing the tiny sailor suit he at least has one of those pimpin' navy admiral coats on his shoulders. also no more cutesy sailor hat, only his regular big pink one (http://i.imgur.com/XUZkJ.png)]
