The name Paradisa is Greek in origin. It means garden or orchard. It’s fitting, ending up here. Oh, and Katherine, if this is your elaborate way of influencing my mind, you’re going to be sorely disappointed. Elena and I may not be together but I will never love you again. You will never understand mine or anybody’s idea of paradise. You only serve yourself and if Damon didn’t entomb you I will find you and do it myself.

It is fairly simply. The journal is just that - a journal, but it is also a way of communication - like now. You may speak or write into it, and you may filter whom you speak and write to.

Also, the castle can grant wishes. You may order food, clothing, or larger items, but the larger and more... difficult the item is to procure, the more you must pay for it later. Does that make sense?

It makes sense. The castle can't simply make something out of nothing, there is a transfer. [ and while, yes, it makes sense...it doesn't actually seem real ]

Nothing in this life is free, as the saying goes. Generally you will not be made to pay for things like food or clothes, but as I said those larger things will cost you.
