[It's just your average morning for Deadpool. He actually went to bed last night for the first time in a few days so he's completely conked out. Getting drunk probably helped that. but the fact that his boyfriend has apparently slipped into his room at some point last night hasn't gotten noticed.

And you know what else he isn't noticing? The two little girls whispering and giggling quietly as they try sneaking into the bed to lay down next to their dads. Yeah it's that time of the year. His little Skippy is back along with her new BFF, Q's daughter Emily. Deadpool's so out of it that the girls can keep pushing and poking him until he mutters in his sleep and scoots over to give them more room. This is going to be a long week]

[Oh. Well. That's a lot different from Deadpool's "Hey kid" approach of getting her to listen. And hearing that actually gets both of them to shut up, turning to look at him because Q is magic. You have their attention, bro]

[Meets Deadpool's eyes for a second, before looking at Skippy and nodding slightly]

Thank you. [Sets Emily down] Now, clearly we got off on the wrong foot, I need you to help Wade make pancakes, and then we can eat breakfast and talk this over.

Does that sound okay...? [It better. While he does sound quite nice and reasonable, there's that undertone of I'M THE PARENT SO JUST DO IT]

[She looks at Q, takes a look at Deadpool's relieved face, then back to Q. With a sniff, she wipes her eyes then hops back on the chair]




[Oh Q he loves you so much right now]

[Love you too husbando. And he lets out a relieved sigh, glancing down at Emily. She's still watching him with that... soft confused look]

Go on and help out 'em out, hmm?

[Another pause... and then she wanders back over to them, hanging out by the chair instead of scrambling on this time]

[Scrambling onto the chair now]

[And... Charlie's gonna hang back some more and watch. SILENTLY THIS TIME LKSJDF No more screaming children]
