⚔ Second strike

[After spending some time reading through the strange journal that the castle provided for him, Thassarian gets...restless. He doesn't mind waiting, as long as he's waiting for something. This sitting about just won't do. He checks his armour and straps on his swords. After a moment's hesitation, he takes the journal with him, heads into the lobby, and strides out of the castle doors with a look of resolute purpose.

Even though he really has little idea where he is going.]

[She'll be sitting outside of the castle doors, in a place where the sunlight is blocked by an arch overhead, her tiny frame pressed up against the exterior wall.

She'll keep herself still, but cannot help but to pinged by the arsenal. And those... eyes... Better speak up!]

[Thassarian looks down at the boy. There's something...strange about him, but that's almost to be expected, after the last few days.

[ well if he heads close enough to town he'll see another person heading in that direction--a young girl in a plain white dress, walking barefoot through the snow ]

[When wandering aimlessly, trying to get a sense of the place, he sees her from a distance and raises a hand in greeting.]

... [ well that's certainly new. she stops right in her tracks and looks at him properly. It certainly isn't that often that she's hailed, let alone greeted....interesting.

she allows her lips to curve with amusement as she holds her arms behind her and nods her head faintly ]
