[huntersdaughter]

[she's in her apartment in the city, flipping through the journal, catching up on the day's events]

Crossword puzzle... [flips and glances up] Time for walks, kids. [said to Cooper and Alice, she shakes the leash and continues walking toward the bedroom where she figures there's a GIANT Saint Bernard asleep on her bed, aka Sam on a loss, as usual]

Blood.. oh, crap... [skims the transcript and is concerned that she hadn't noticed this earlier, and she'll make sure to read up on what happened on the walk]

C'mon, Sam time for [stops in the door way with the journal and glances up] a wa--HOLYMOTHEROF--

[drops the journal and turns around, probably turning bright red]

Sam.

Clothing.

You... need some.


[Sam's off of his giant dog loss... Jo... is shocked.]

[not looking up, because seriously -- WHY DID YOU JUST ASK THAT?]

I didn't say it was in a bad way, because Sam there's a lot of-- [claps her hand over her mouth in an attempt to stop the non-lies from just spilling everywhere -- and QUICK where is the journal... is that damn thing open somewhere??]

[because he's Sam. He needs to put his foot in his mouth on occasion. But he realizes it at the same time she did and his eyes dart to the ground. he saw that she had dropped it earlier, and headed back to the bedroom and quickly slammed the thing closed]

Stupid journals.

[huntersdaughter]

[she'll just really hope that the distance between the front room and the bedroom hall was enough to muffle that... maybe the transcript will be a bit unclear -- her life is fail]

Yeah.

Uhm.

So, any clue what Chuck went back to?

[shrugs for a minute]

I'm sure he made out okay. He's a prophet, so he's got an archangel army at his disposal if he ever runs into trouble.

[looks up]

Last I checked he had a girlfriend, so ... plus for him.

[huntersdaughter]

[nods]

That's... shocking. [an amused glance, because really, Chuck doesn't seem to be the 'date-able' type]

[imnot_likeyou]

[nods]

She's a fan. Of the books, I mean. So they have something in common.

[huntersdaughter]

Oh. Well, I guess that makes sense... in a kind of creepy way.

I mean, if she's interested in him because he writes about your life?

[smirks] Does that make you his pimp?

[imnot_likeyou]

[snorts]

No, he got her all on his own. In fact, I'm kinda glad she did. She was sorta ... fixated on me for a while."

[huntersdaughter]

[makes an amused sound]

Fixated?

Did you have a stalker, Sam?

[imnot_likeyou]

Trust me when I say that you really don't want to know.

[huntersdaughter]

Gotcha. [she nods, because she does actually trust him]

[imnot_likeyou]

[nods as well before handing her her journal back]

I'm pretty sure Chuck is fine.

[huntersdaughter]

[takes her journal and double checks that shut status]

Okay.

So, you probably want to get back to the castle. Cooper and Alice seemed to want to stay in your room.

[imnot_likeyou]

Yeah, I probably should start trying to catch up on things, anyway.

[starts moving to collect his dogs]

[huntersdaughter]

[nods]

Yeah, I have to open tomorrow at the Lux, so I should get some sleep too.

[imnot_likeyou]

Okay. I'll see you around then?

[huntersdaughter]

Yep. [smiles and gets up to grab the dog's things, so that Sam can take them with, mostly it's leashes]

Here ya' go.

[imnot_likeyou]

[takes it back from her and nods as they start heading towards the door]

[huntersdaughter]

Later, Sam. [and she'll shut the door when he leaves and goes to crash out on the couch, since she has to change the sheets from all the dog hair]
