[ this is ridiculous. she's actually petrified, and the only thing keeping her from chasing after damian now is the knowledge that takumi needs her more. so after she takes a moment to try and collect herself, she picks him up and heads back to the room. gennai is a big help there, disappearing once he helps her reach their window and carefully ease takumi inside ]
