[ a certain teenage girl boy is in a very foul mood, which means she's going to take it out on inanimate objects in the gym. currently a punching bag is filling this quota very well! feel free to bother or...avoid. for a kid, akira is looking pretty lethal and pissed ]

Given the fact that you're not breaking your own wrists doing that, and few people who "work out" use punching bags, I seriously doubt that.
