♫ 11 - oh sweet child of mine...
[there was a soft noise that was trying to cut through the fog in Lindsey's brain as he started to open his eyes... to a pink bedroom. No... those were pink post-it notes that covered the area of wall he woke up staring at. He leaned closer and then blinked as he read a few of them, then quickly turned over as he felt a cool body shift in the blankets next to him.
Oh hi, Harmony...
Yeah, this was not wrong at all. Lindsey didn't even remember going home with her, or even seeing her on his path back from the library last night. He was pretty sure he had fallen asleep in his own bed.
Quietly, he started to slide out of bed, seeing that yes he was still in his boxers and t-shirt. That was a bit of a relief. Not that he didn't like Harmony, but they were friends and friends aren't supposed to have sex together unless they planned it and remembered it. As he stood up, his eyes took in the rest of the room with raised eyebrows.]
... wow, there were a lot of unicorns in this room.
[his eyes noticed something else in the room. A tiny crib with blue bedding. And the soft noise that had woken him up was starting to get a bit louder. Curiosity got the better of him and he walked over to look in the crib and a pair of bright blue eyes stared back at him. The baby gurgled and held it's chubby little hands up at Lindsey.]
This... ain't good at all...

Mmmm... [and her hand goes out to... empty bed. Boo.]
Hmmmm? [rolls over and hello man in her bedroom, totally a good thing, as she tries to get her eyes to focus, which they do an amazing job of in the dark, she must've eaten a lot of carrots or something, but she props herself up on her elbow, shifting her hair over her shoulder and trying to appear somewhat approachable]
Of course it's not good. You're all the way over there. [hint-hint expressed to the back of whoever this guy is]

Yes I am. With the baby.
[wake up Harm and smell the baby powder]

Why'd you bring a baby to my room? [glances around, yep, her room]
[then she eyes him... curiously.... why is he ...]
Oh. My. God! You said we wouldn't have any babies!!!!
no subject
I don't remember doing any of the steps that lead up to a baby, let alone one that's older than the amount of time I've actually been here.
[and the baby, feeling the tension in the room, started to cry]
no subject
Oh... oh God.. I'm sorry. I didn't mean, see? Happy! [smiles then glances over to Lindsey] Why is it crying? [oh.. it's so cute]
Aww... it's a cute little girl. [cause, totally a girl, right? though... wearing a LOT of blue]
no subject
I think the abundance of blue would make him a boy. And babies cry for a lot of different things. Usually hungry or wet are the obvious ones...
no subject
A boy? [winces]
Uhm... so how do we make it stop crying? [goes to pet it's body, a hand lightly going from top of the chest to it's feet, cause she's kinda not looking at the baby, she's looking at Lindsey FOR ALL THE ANSWERS]
no subject
Feeding it or changing it's diaper.
[please say the castle left food and diapers. Unless Harmony wants to breast feed NO STOP LOOKING AT THEM]
no subject
Okay... [goes to pick the baby up, holding it like a football... and HANDING IT TO YOU!!] So, help?
no subject
Alright, he's hungry then. See if there's a bottle or formula or something.
[he'll handle the baby. Harmony can bend down and search around. Everyone's happy except for the crying hungry baby.]
no subject
Maybe it's in the kitchen? [shrugs and stands up to face him again]
no subject
[because obviously he's not going to parade through the castle in his underwear.]
no subject
[and she exits the bedroom, follow the cute rear, Lindsey]
I made sure that my room had a kitchen. [which is where she's headed]
