[ OPEN: AT A NEARBY STAIRCASE this guy'll be casually conversing with one of the castle ghosts. it doesn't seem particularly receptive of what he's saying, though, and at the top of the stairs is a couch he just wished up. at the bottom? a matress. ]

[ there's a sick snap, crackle, pop - and not the kind you get from breakfast cereal, either. lungs expand, haul in the deepest breath of air as if it were their first, and the first thing matt notices is the distinct lack of his usual nicotine-stained rasp... o and the fact he isn't dead, WHAT EVEN? staggering forward, he grabs the old leather-bound journal; some sort of welcoming committee this was. flips through it, blah blah - fastforward to a barked out laugh, recorded as he steps out into the hallway and leans against the door. ]

Hoooly shit. Let's just skip over the our princess is in another castle stuff and tell a guy where he can get a pack of lucky strikes in this crib, yeah?

About the Archive

"Paradisa Lost" is the archive of what the journals contained between December 1st, 2006 and January 10th, 2012. On that final day, Paradisa issued new journals, so that the residents could fill them up again. While there are still residents around who have old journals, we have chosen to preserve the old journals here for muns' reference and history.

"Lost" in the title refers to both the old journals that the residents once kept, and also to our move to Dreamwidth from the original Livejournal community, where Paradisa started. It is a fresh start for muns, as well as for the characters.
