[So. Outside, beside the duck pond, is an odd sight indeed. There is a -walrus- out there. It just seems to be chillin' there, just minding its own business. Of course, on closer inspection, it has what looks like a belt loosely around its neck, and the buckle is inscribed with 'HOPE'. There is also a familiar sword sitting under its flipper. Wait, aren't those Ky's? Clearly, someone needs to investigate.

Goo goo g'joob.]

[Ky's standing outside the castle, his gaze is locked at the sky. He looks completely miserable, thinking about the events of last night.

He had read the other journals on it. He's fully aware there were some that didn't make it out alive. And that is practically tearing him apart inside. He knows death isn't permanent here, but the idea of it still bothers him, and he was there, he could have done something to prevent it.

He reaches up and makes the sign of the cross, and remain standing there in complete silence. Which totally needs broken by someone.]

[Ky's taking a walk through town this afternoon, pondering about something while he walks. And he's carrying that damn sword with him as always. He glances at a shop front and stops, glances down at the ground and rubbing his forehead with his free hand.]

That holiday's coming up soon... should I get her something..? N-No, that would be too... maybe too awkward... at the same time, though...

What should I do...

[And he's back in his room, with a cup of tea in his hand just as he was at the point they returned to. He stares at the tea, then glances around his room. Oh good, his tea cups were brought back already. He gives a sigh, looking at the journal.]

[Somehow mostly ignorant to the kissing shenanigans as of late, Ky had taken a walk in the castle, and is now currently in the kitchen. He's just sitting there having a cup of tea, which happens to be in the tea cup he had just been given from home yesterday, which happened to be one of his favorites. Like hell he's letting this one get stolen.

But there's a Ky. Who is journalless. Having tea and open for bothering.]

[ooc: kissing thread for Ky or general bothering, all is fine. Just be warned that he will live up to his French heritage should you kiss him. :D; Planned and unplanned are fine, since, well, he had only two planned. Lol. [Ky took particular notice to the odd decorations but didn't really have a reaction worth making public. So instead, have a Ky in the library. Only said Ky is asleep in a chair with an open book in his lap. And make special note of the fancy little teacup setting on the table.

There's a sleeping Ky this late in the evening, so he is prime for botherings by others in the library, should they feel so inclined.]

[Out in your courtyard, Ky is holding his Thunderseal sword and has taken up a battle position. Having dedicated himself to the art of sword mastery, he has decided to take the time this morning to do some training. Amongst the typical sword swings and stabs, you may also take notice to the blue lightning arcing around the blade of the sword... and the lightning wave he just fired at a random tree. He stops a moment, looking at his open journal nearby.]

Does this place have any sort of peacekeeping group? A police force, or anything of the sort?

[And he's back to attacking the air and training again.]

--What?

[Suddenly, a wild Ky appears! He looks around his room on the ninth floor with the Thunderseal in hand. Surely this wasn't where he was just a moment ago. He goes to the open doorway, looking out in the hall before looking back in the room, everything recorded.]

About the Archive

"Paradisa Lost" is the archive of what the journals contained between December 1st, 2006 and January 10th, 2012. On that final day, Paradisa issued new journals, so that the residents could fill them up again. While there are still residents around who have old journals, we have chosen to preserve the old journals here for muns' reference and history.

"Lost" in the title refers to both the old journals that the residents once kept, and also to our move to Dreamwidth from the original Livejournal community, where Paradisa started. It is a fresh start for muns, as well as for the characters.
