[Hassan doesn't know about all of you campers, but this one is taking a BREAK. From out of his satchel he pulls something out...

It's in an iconic bag. It's liquid. And it's red.

A SIGH

Who wants to drink blood cold from the bag? Not this guy, but a PIRATE VAMPIRE must be prepared for anything, so...

he takes out a green butterfly crazy straw and sticks it through the hole he tears at the top, drinking it like a juice bag with both hands clutching the blood. Ah, refreshing.]

So... I think this is going shockingly well, don't you all?


...Or does that mean I just screwed us?

Allan sat on the bed in his room in his best tunic, he brushed the dust off his breeches before lying back and waiting for the knock on the door.

He didn't know why he was so nervous, it was just everyone else seemed to be putting so much emphasis into today. Then there was the whole sword thing. He'd seen everyone else run around with chocolates and strange shaped boxes with bows and things and he comes out with bloody swords.


"Idiot."

'But he's a bloke,' Allan thought. 'Blokes like swords right?'

Yay! Presents! &hearts Thank you all for your gifts. It made my first Christmas kidnapped by a criminally insane castle a little less B movie insane.

Is anyone else having a stark feeling of "false sense of security"? Oh no, I'm turning into a pessimist. Send help. I don't want to wear eyeliner and growl at people who approach me.

Just for curiosity sake, how many people here celebrated Christmas for the first time because the castle shoved cheer down your throat?

[it was supposed to be easy

It was only the annoying kind of hail you can ignore, but on the way back from town it was hail that people without car insurance have nightmares about

and one poor Canadian vampire pirate was caught in the cold -- and beaned in the head with a baseball sized piece of hail and is left dead -- well kind of groggy anyway -- on the lawn

I realize I've been here for less than a month, but how frequently would we say hormone-prompted kidnappings, murder mysteries, and hay stack mazes of death occur?

Is everyone alright? Commandeering one of Canada's finest ferries really did make for a better comic presence. Sigh, I demand cancellation immediately~!

[Parker is standing at the entrance of the maze, which she has successfully completed three times now. with a giant bag of candy corn in one hand, her other hand flails in an attempt to wave Sophie over to her. her eyes hold a bit of excitement and she's bouncing on her heels.]

Oh, come on! I know my way around the maze by now. [jiggles the bag of candy] I've got candy!

About the Archive

"Paradisa Lost" is the archive of what the journals contained between December 1st, 2006 and January 10th, 2012. On that final day, Paradisa issued new journals, so that the residents could fill them up again. While there are still residents around who have old journals, we have chosen to preserve the old journals here for muns' reference and history.

"Lost" in the title refers to both the old journals that the residents once kept, and also to our move to Dreamwidth from the original Livejournal community, where Paradisa started. It is a fresh start for muns, as well as for the characters.
