Another fun event has come and gone.

Hm. I do wish there had been more dinosaurs, though.

[Zelman, Asuka;]

How was the trip?

[identity profile] bloody-doctor.livejournal.com
[there's the rustling of fabric and the soft clank of metal; somebody's rolling around in their sleep as the journal opens... then the following is dictated in a creepily cheerful voice]

My, my... it does appear that this is the castle's doing once again.

[there's a soft groan and then...]

Wait... what the hell?

[there's some scrambling and a thud as somebody falls out of bed]

Did I wake you? I apologize.

...Who are you? And... why the hell are you handcuffed to me!?

Hm. Good questions.

And here I thought the castle had decided to put me through another troublesome loss, but instead it's yet another change of the castle's own.

Still, I could think of worse than becoming a woman for a day. The change in balance seems easy enough to adjust for.

And how is everybody else holding up, hmm?
[identity profile] bloody-doctor.livejournal.com
That was surprisingly entertaining. To those who worshipped the Marker, I thank each and every one of you.

Dante, Zelman... better luck next time.
[identity profile] bloody-doctor.livejournal.com
Stay together.

Don't cry.

Wear the suit.

My, my, it certainly does seem as if something is going to happen. I do hope it'll be fun.

Of course, I'd rather work alone... and there's no reason for me to wear any suit other than my own. But thank you for the advice, Cair Paradisa.

For those of you who have not yet experimented, these pokémon seem impervious to attacks from the castle residents. Such a shame.

And for those of you who are quite far behind, and one glance at the journal assures me that this is most of you, you can keep the little creatures inside of their pokéballs. That is, the small red and white orbs that they either came inside of or you can find in your bag. And now that I have provided you with that knowledge, I will test to see whether residents can kill each other during this event on the next one who complains about their loud or violent pokémon bothering them.

Have a pleasant day, Cair Paradisa.

After all that happened over the holidays, I wonder if, perhaps, the castle will entertain us for New Years as well?

Ah, but either way, the New Years provides us with our own ways to amuse ourselves. We can take a look back upon the previous year, look it over, and list the goods and the bads. And, of course, a new year means resolutions for many people.

I, myself, resolve to fight the stronger residents of the castle. I look forward to it.
[identity profile] bloody-doctor.livejournal.com
Tsk, tsk. I go through all the trouble of finding such nice gifts, but get nothing in return. They say Christmas is about giving, true, but one can't help but feel hurt.

Naruto-kun, I'll be expecting something twice as good next year, to make up for this.

[Peace Patrol;]

Last week doesn't have to be forgotten. You've seen how I work for your side. I'm a freelancer, and I'd be just as pleased to be hired by you just as I would anyone else.

[identity profile] bloody-doctor.livejournal.com
A friendly reminder to the castle at large: I'm still looking for blood donors down in the clinic. With all the violence that goes on around here, we could really put it to good use. 'I'll probably ask around town later, but that doesn't mean you guys can't help out a little too.

[Peace Patrol filter;]

One could almost come to think that Paradisa's some sort of dumping ground for the criminally insane. We certainly have our fair share around here.

[a pause]

Jet, if you need me to take care of somebody... I will, no questions asked. I trust your judgment, and we need to keep the peace around here the best we can.

That goes for the rest of you, too. Make sure you let the rest of us know if something happens and you need help dealing with it. It's foolishness to face your problems alone, remember that.

[identity profile] bloody-doctor.livejournal.com
I don't appreciate this latest turn of events.

[he's lost control of his scalpels for now; feel free to have your characters notice scalpels flying dangerously through the air]

[identity profile] bloody-doctor.livejournal.com
Hmm. An interesting diversion, I suppose.

I do hope everybody enjoyed themselves.

[skipping in, giant shuriken in hand, usual grin on face]

Presenting... the Great Ninja Yuffie: PRISON GUARD EDITION!

[jaunty wave at Joker and Bad Girl]

What's up, criminals? Still behind bars? Yup.

Oh YEAH, I am good at this.

[dictated by two people; the voice is the same, as is their speech pattern, but you can feel a significant different in tone between the two]

Hn. How irritating. I'm awake, but yet you remain.

I am you. Is it really so surprising?

All things considered? Not so, doctor-kun.

Your journal is open, you realize.

My, my. So it is. [the sound of rustling as Akabane walks over to pick it up] Another day, another interesting turn of events...

Delivery, one parcel, Kyoto to Tokyo: 20,000,000 yen

Escort, two politicians, private jet from Narita International Airport to Hong Kong National Airport: 700,000 U.S. dollars

Delivery, three parcels, Osaka to Sendai to Tokyo: 45,000,000 yen

My services are in less demand here. Townspeople don't have the need for my services, castle residents lack the need to hire me, or can aptly cover my services themselves.

Such a troublesome place... truly.

[private; working]

My, my, the journal certainly enjoys being unpredictable. I wonder if this filter shall be seen by the public?

[added in slightly later]

Ah, I suppose not. A shame.

About the Archive

"Paradisa Lost" is the archive of what the journals contained between December 1st, 2006 and January 10th, 2012. On that final day, Paradisa issued new journals, so that the residents could fill them up again. While there are still residents around who have old journals, we have chosen to preserve the old journals here for muns' reference and history.

"Lost" in the title refers to both the old journals that the residents once kept, and also to our move to Dreamwidth from the original Livejournal community, where Paradisa started. It is a fresh start for muns, as well as for the characters.
