[Outside in the snow there is a lovely little decapitated snowman.

It was done with care, with the little twig arms twisted around so they look like they're flailing at the neck stub, and just a little bit of snow pushed up carefully around where the head once was.

The head is on the ground, face sideways and slightly smushed.

Murphy's standing a few feet back admiring his handiwork]
