[River is wrapped up in a snuggly over-sized red sweater decorated with ridiculously cheesy things like reindeer antlers and Christmas trees. One of the ghosts gave it to her this morning. And buttoned it up. And brought her delicious pepperminty hot chocolate to drink in the library while she thumbs through the books.
The ghost is trying to comb out her hair now, which is a tiny bit difficult given that River isn't entirely content to give up her say in the matter. Every so often she'll put a hand up to examine it's progress, or give it advice on how best to deal with the particularly tangly parts.]
You're over-thinking the process. It's dead already, can't fight back.
