[it's 9:55AM and time for the Black Order group meeting! come one, come all to Komui's room; its already been transformed into something resembling an office slash laboratory - desk scattered with what looks like blueprints and papers on the left, next to the bed - and a long counter covered with equipment on the right, along with various parts that probably went into making Komurin scattered about the floor and worktable. Komurin EX III (mini version, about knee-high) is busy working on something in several beakers over burners. it smells like coffee. and Komui is...

...compulsively cleaning, rather frantically?] What am I doing? This is terrible! Somebody stop me!

Well, something was up with pretty much everybody in the castle around the same time. Plus, Arthur sounds like he's kinda a handful. Allen had both of those to take care of.

The Earl and Rhode are still very dangerous. The number of Exorcists they have to attack are now very small; we'll have to be very careful. I'd like to prevent that sort of thing from happening again.

Good thing the exact same thing's probably not gonna happen twice. [a pause] You think they're thinking of trying some direct attack at some point, Komui?

I don't know how common these "bodyswap" events are, but we should be prepared for the off-chance.

As for an attack... [eat dis paper too, Tim] I wouldn't put it past them. If the Earl plans on making any big moves here, it'll be the Exorcists who'll be first to oppose him. Rhode is unpredictable; she may decide to act on her own. An impulsive attack is more likely on her end.

Don't worry - Arthur must've learned something from the whole thing, too, so even if the castle decides it'd be funny to swap him and Allen again, here's hoping it'll be different this time.

For now she seems content with not hurting the people I know because she knows I won't approve after how I reacted with Arthur...but I'm not sure how long that will hold for her.

Even if it's temporary, it's something.

The danger extends beyond the Exorcists, here - it's not at all past Rhode to go for whatever friends you've made, so we'll have to tread carefully.

No. There's no reason to start a panic; if anything, that might just provoke her to make a move. Just be on a lookout. We're in close quarters, now; there's no avoiding what will inevitably happen.
