[Bella is in the laundry room, oddly enough. Sure the castle could do it for her but she actually finds it calming! For now, she's just sitting in one of the chairs, legs close to her chest, with an older looking book resting against her bent knees while she reads. She's not really reading, more just thinking. The smell of laundry with the sounds of the machines are kind of a nice reminder of being home. She knows the quiet won't last long in a big place like Paradisa though.]

Whoa, what are these?

[Matsu~! Bella will look up from her book.]

These!

Washing machines? And dryers. They clean and dry your clothes.

[Looks them over curiouslyyy. :0]

Do they really?

Yeah. [She looks over as one of the washing machines she was using finishes with the spin cycle and goes over to switch the wet clothes over to a dryer and turn it on!] I think it's easier to ask the castle to just do your laundry for you though....

It does that already.

[Looks around]

I had no idea this was here.

I kind of came upon it by accident. Not many people mention that it's here.

Huh. That's surprising.

You think? I guess they just skip over it on the Paradisa Orientation Speech.

It's not really important when the castle does it for you.

[ uru is exploring the castle though a part of her doesn't know why since she's still trying to find a way out of this place

she peeks her head in and sees all the machines. this room is pretty obvious ]

[And Bella will look up from her book at the voice and smile, mostly because she's relieved that some one actually knows what it is.]

Weird, isn't it? Considering the ghosts will do it for you if you ask.

[ different worlds but thank god for modern technology! ]

Yeah... [ nervous sort of laugh. she's wrapping her head around the ghosts thing ]

[Bella understands. Despite living in a world with vampires and werewolves, she was never expecting ghosts of all things.]

I'm guessing you're new here? [A stab in the dark from the random glance in the room and the uneasiness with the ghosts.]

Adjusting ok? Aside from the obvious problems this place gives. [She smiles.] Bella. It's nice to meet you.

I'm doing okay. Better than the first day!

[this girl happens to be wandering by, but she stops to look in at all of dis noise... she kinda looks like this icon right here]

[And the movement in her peripheral vision makes her look up from the book that she was totally reading. When she spots the girl looking in, she debates on asking if she's lost.]

Is that what these things are doing? Laundry?

Yeah, that's right. Do you not have them in your world?

No... we don't. We do our laundry in a tub and hang them out to dry.

Oh! They used to do that in my world before these were invented.
