Uhhhhmmm. I know that things here rebuild themselves cause I accidentally broke something when jumping on my bed, but who fixes them? Is it the ghosty-chans? Cause if it is I wanna help them, they've got a lot of working making food without having to clean up too. You don't think the ghosties would mind if I tried to fix things would they?

That's probably cause ghost can be invisible. If they want to be hidden they use their voodoo magic to make themselves unseen.
