Well, they might come too! There are a lot of people here, and they come so often. [A confused pause, someone gave her a kid friendly version of events] Took something? Why would it do that?

He might~ [ another pause ] ...Someone told me when I first got here that when you a person comes here, they lose something special to them. I don't know what this place took but...I'm determined to get it back. I think it has something to do with what happened a week before I got here but ... I just can't remember...

Is your room very high? Perhaps you could move to a lower floor, then the stairs wouldn't be a problem?

Oh...I was only told we stayed here for a short time, like a vacation. And that no time passes while we are gone, so we needn't worry for the people we know.

What sort of things can it take from you? Do you know?

He seemed very sure when he told me and he's been here for awhile. I hope it's true too. I wouldn't want anyone to miss me.

Just that it's special? I don't think I'm missing anything...I wonder what it could be.

Well...look on the bright side. If we both can't remember what was taken, we can't miss it, right?~ So we won't be sad looking for it.

...Yes! That's very true. And maybe...Maybe it will be returned to us when we leave? I can't imagine what sort of use a castle would have for anything.
