[It feels strange, to be so peaceful, to be so relaxed. It was one thing to force oneself to relax when not on-duty, but even then, there would be the constant knowledge in the back of one's head that there could be a battle at any moment. It was another thing entirely to feel... at peace. To not have to worry about it.]
