I don't claim to know what happened, but I hope everyone gets back safely. And I hope the doctors here can do something for the injured. I know first aid and CPR, but that's it.

I guess you don't need some big catastrophic thing to happen when you can go and find it yourself.

I wouldn't argue that, either. I suppose anyone who stands up and attempts to do the right thing could be seen as a hero in their own right. ... You can call me the Doctor, by the way. Everyone else does. [his real name is just plain stupid and dumb, and he hasn't used it in centuries. pfff]

Uh, yeah. Abby. She's NCIS' forensics specialist. I assist her sometimes, since I majored in computer forensics and biomedical engineering.

Abby! OH! I've spoken with her. She's marvellous! You know, I should have made the connection when you both said you worked in NCIS, but I didn't want to leap to any conclusions. So many different worlds, here, you know.

It's true - the people we aren't used to seeing are often the most interesting. Though ... give it enough time, and you'll start to see that they have just as many intriguing little facets to themselves, too.
