Tch, this one even surprised me. How absurd, I must be getting soft.

So this place has the capability to turn anyone into a kidnapper, torturer or killer at moment's whim.

It's one thing when it could target the ones with questionable pasts or a monster side to them like many incidents in the past - but the truth is even your nice neighbor from down the hall one day could become a mass murderer the next all thanks to a loss.

Ain't that just a comforting thought~
